1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Fireflyglow's AI technology consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

Fireflyglow provides AI technology consulting services including:

• AI-driven event planning consultation and implementation
• AI-powered operations optimization strategies
• Strategic AI implementation planning and support
• Custom AI solution design and consultation

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

• Starter Package: $45 per qualified lead
• Professional Package: $65 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Package: $85 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. A qualified lead is defined as a potential client who meets our predetermined criteria and has expressed genuine interest in AI consulting services.

4. Client Qualification Process

We reserve the right to review all client inquiries and determine qualification based on business needs, project scope, and compatibility with our services. Not all inquiries will result in qualified leads or service agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary AI consulting approaches developed by Fireflyglow remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights for implemented solutions but not ownership of underlying methodologies.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data shared during our consulting engagement. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methodologies and approaches.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fireflyglow's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our consulting recommendations are advisory in nature, and implementation results may vary.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and terms with 30 days' notice to existing clients. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due, and confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fort Worth, Texas.
